Terms and Conditions for Adarsh ​​Enterprises(Homcare.in) Customers.
1-In all our repair and restoration work, only service charge is added to the price of the goods.
2-All service charges include only the fee for inspection of goods
3-Adarsh ​​Enterprises does not guarantee the complete repairability of any product by charging service charges
4-After checking any item by our engineer, if any part is found faulty after conducting a service or after doing any work then the price of the faulty part will be paid by coustomar.
5-if any part of any product is defective then the cost of the part will be paid by the coustmar.
6-Adarsh ​​Enterprises does not guarantee the complete repair of any product by charging only service charge
7-The services charge is only the cost of checking the material, there could be other problems in the material which will be known after checking by our engineers. There will be no cost refund in this case
8-All the customers are requested to provide complete information regarding the damage of all their goods to Adarsh ​​Enterprises so that it can be repaired properly by our engineers.
9-Whichever engineer is sent by Adarsh ​​Enterprises, all the customers are requested to check the ID card of our engineer at the work site
10-If the engineers of Adarsh ​​Enterprises have not put up their ID card, then all the people are requested not to give permission to our engineers to work.
11.All the people are requested to fill their problems in the correct column and give correct information.
12-All the people are requested to fill their problems in the correct column and give correct information.
13-No customer can demand any refund from Adarsh ​​Enterprises under any circumstances
14-There will be no refund of any money
15-In any judicial case, the new jurisdiction will be Gorakhpur judicial jurisdiction.
